I want to take a moment to thank everyone for your kind, warm wishes that I have received in emails, phone calls, texts and cards.

On August 4, I had an accident at work that resulted in a fall and fractured my femur in 4 places. I had surgery on August 7, and am now at home recuperating. I am doing fine, and have already started physical therapy. If all goes according to plan, I am hopeful to return to work in 6-8 weeks, probably in a wheelchair for a short time. As most of you know, I have some great experience to fall back on, and can get around quite well with a good set of wheels.
